On August 20, People’s Artist Trung Hieu appeared in the program Happy Lunch on VTV as a guest. Here, he shared for the first time the reason he was absent from television for many years.
Specifically, the male artist said: “I remember correctly, since 2014 when I participated in Rain of the Clouds, 7 years later I returned to act in a TV series. In fact, during that time I also participated in a few comedies. Gentle Tet, short films so that people don’t forget themselves.You also know that most of today’s TV series are full-length movies, at least 30-40-50 episodes, some more than 100 episodes like Flavor The time to film must be every year or at least 4-5-6 months.
Actually, with that time, it was okay to film in Hanoi, but if I shoot in a far distance, I can’t arrange the time because there are too many things at the theater. If I go for such a long time, I won’t be able to decide on the agency work because Trung Hieu’s main job is at the Hanoi Drama Theater.”
Talking about the reason for accepting the invitation to return to the screen with the role in the movie Peaceful Tomorrow, People’s Artist Trung Hieu shared: “I returned to act in films for a special reason, a special time. If I live in this era. This point seems normal, but looking back later, you will see that this is a very special time for the whole world, all of humanity, not just our Vietnam. many sad things.
Filmmaking during this period was too hard under the daily weather of about 40 degrees, very hot, all activities were very difficult, the brothers were under pressure and stress. Because of that, when the director and studio invited me, I really wanted to participate to contribute a voice, a spiritual food for people this epidemic season.”
In addition, he also shared that this is a very special film: “Other movies may have a script ready, prepare the setting and then go to shoot, but this movie is very special, it’s all done together. Writers write, director and actors create ideas for the next episodes, scriptwriters write day and night, the setting of the editing system works. While the audience is watching this episode, we are filming the next episodes. The whole crew worked continuously without stopping.
Actually, I have a very nervous feeling not knowing what the next episodes will be like because I haven’t read the script first. The scriptwriter will always go with the crew to see how the character develops, how the actors act based on that, and then develop the character based on the actors’ personalities. Besides, they listen to the audience’s thoughts, know what the audience likes or dislikes to edit in the next episode.”

People’s Artist Trung Hieu was born in 1973, he is active in art with many different roles such as a television actor, stage artist, drama director, voice actor.
