Espejo & Goyanes Studio’s mission is to combine 2 separate apartments on different floors of the building into a single penthouse with a total area of 110m². The design team completed this special renovation project with a bright and cozy space, a spacious balcony, especially the graceful white staircase that acts as a connection between the 1st and 2nd floors. in a flexible and flexible manner.
On the first floor, the living room – kitchen – dining area is designed with an open plan with dark oak floors. The living room is arranged next to a sunny window, while the kitchen cabinets painted in emerald green help emphasize the beautiful texture of the rustic wood. White painted cement walls, floors and ceilings give the apartment a sense of being “elevated” visually.
