The first way is to register according to the paper registration form at the commune, ward or township, then the staff will enter the data that people have registered on the “Electronic Health Book”.
The second way is that people can download the “Electronic Health Book” application for phones using Android and iOS operating systems to self-register online/online on the Covid-19 Immunization Portal. After the information on the software has been verified, people will see instructions to register for vaccination.
Regarding the issue of Covid-19 vaccination, many people are now wondering if they returned to their hometown before Hanoi was isolated, so will they receive additional injections after returning to the capital?
Answering this question, Vietnamnet has specifically informed that when the city ends the distance, returning to the capital Hanoi people living in foreign provinces can register for vaccination.
Accordingly, for those who need to inject Covid-19 vaccine, they can register at the ward, commune or town where they reside for injection. And in each locality, there will be “vaccination” sessions for people who have not been vaccinated.
The second way, on the Covid-19 Immunization Portal (https://tiemchungcovid19.gov.vn) people can register online or register at the electronic health book application.
Based on that registration form, the authorities will conduct screening, classifying, to sort out who can inject at common injection sites and who must inject at the hospital. If you are over 65 years old, you need to fill in specific information in the column (over 65 years old) in the form when registering online.
Where can I look up vaccination information?
After receiving the Covid-19 vaccine, the national vaccination system will update people’s information and at the Covid-19 Immunization Portal, people can look up the vaccination certificate.
If you want to look up CovidD-19 vaccination information, people need to follow these steps:
– Step 1: Go to the link https://tiemchungcovid19.gov.vn, in the “Lookup” section select “Look up injection certificates” or go to the link https://tiemchungcovid19.gov.vn/portal/search.
– Step 2: Fill in correct and sufficient personal information of the person to be looked up, and select “Lookup”.
Note, you must enter all the items in red.
Step 3: Enter the OTP code that you received at the phone number you registered and then go to the OTP authentication section and confirm it is done.
If you already have vaccination information, to make it more convenient to manage vaccination information against COVID-19 vaccines, you need to install the electronic Health Book application.
If you do not have information, you need to go to the “Reflection of information” section – orange, to the right of the screen interface, to submit a request to update information about vaccination against Covid-19 vaccine.
