In the case of employees working at other business units, the National Day holiday on September 2 will be decided by the employer, in which there will also be 2 days off, i.e. September 2. 2021 solar calendar and 1 day can be immediately before or after according to regulations.
At the same time, employees are entitled to rest but will still be entitled to full salary during National Day holidays – like this year, September 2 and September 3, according to the provisions of Article 112 on public holidays and Tet of the Labor Code. 2019.

Regarding bonuses on Tet holidays, Article 104 of the Labor Code 2019 specifically stipulates that bonuses can be money or property or can be in other forms that the employer decides to reward. for employees based on business results, production, and job completion levels of individual employees.
