After about 5 minutes of patting, the child fell back to sleep, at this time Moc stole the phone to prepare to escape when the woman woke up, discovered and immediately shouted. Moc at this time ran away, fell into the fish pond, lost the stolen mobile phone and was arrested by the people around.
At the same time, Mr. Mai Van Bon (the neighbor with the female landlord on) discovered that Moc had broken into his house the night before and even slept with him.
It is known that that night, Mr. Bon slept soundly and forgot to close the door. Late at night, he suddenly woke up to find a strange young man sleeping next to him. When he saw Mr. Bon awake, Moc immediately lay down next to him, pretending to be fast asleep. Mr. Bon asked, Moc replied that because he was drunk, he entered the wrong house and overslept. True thought, Mr. Bon also let Moc leave, only to find out that his property was lost.
After investigation, Moc admitted to sneaking into Mr. Bon’s screen to steal 2 phones, worth 4 million VND. Currently, Cai Lay Town Police have recovered 2 phones that Moc stole from Mr. Bon.
It is known that this young Moc had 2 previous convictions, was sent to a reformatory for 24 months for property theft, 15 months of compulsory detoxification and 1 previous conviction for property theft. finished last June.
