The bright atrium that we present to you today is located in an old school in Amsterdam (the capital of the Netherlands), where previously trained in the field of fashion design. After the renovation, the building was divided into several separate apartments, one of which is currently for sale for 1,250,000 euros. The Hay House column will take a look at it with readers!
We will enter the apartment through a narrow hallway, which is separated from the living area by a glass wall. The common living space is designed to be open and airy. The ceiling is up to 4 meters high, perfect for the attic floor and the large window overlooking the outside makes the apartment feel even more spacious.
A modular sofa is placed in the center of the living room, separated from the cooking area by a stainless steel kitchen island with a convenient storage area. The kitchen façade is painted dark moss green, contrasting beautifully with light wood – the typical interior material for the 2nd floor of the apartment.
On the other side of the sofa is a dining area with a large wooden table for rustic beauty and simple but luxurious gray-black chairs. Along the walls, storage cabinets are designed with the same dark moss green tone as the kitchen, bringing harmony and balance to the space. A few bright posters hang on the wall as a highlight for the space that uses quite a few colors.
The second floor of the penthouse is built with plywood CLT panels, with parents’ bedrooms and children’s rooms. The master bedroom with a bathtub located on the left corner of the bed is extremely luxurious. The shared bathroom and toilet are neatly designed with a neat storage system.
In addition, the apartment also has 2 guest bedrooms, currently being used as a children’s room. Another plus point of the apartment is that it has a very airy 80m² terrace above. This place is designed as a relaxing space, dining and outdoor reception is poetic and romantic.
