Therefore, in order to ensure the learning rights for these students, the Ministry of Education and Training proposes to chairpersons of People’s Committees of provinces and cities to direct educational and training units, institutions and schools to receive, to create conditions for students who wish to participate in study at the residence.
At the same time, the school where the students wish to transfer and transfer should coordinate with local authorities (in writing via email or e-office electronic document management system) to receive and arrange/arrange classes for students to study according to the right objects.
Until the end of the time to prevent the Covid-19 epidemic, these students can return to their old school to participate in their studies and their learning results will still be recognized transparently and fairly in accordance with regulations.
In case these students wish to apply for a transfer immediately or after they have been accepted to study for a period of time at their school of residence and they request to transfer back to their old school, the Ministry requests localities to create favorable conditions. facilitate students to transfer schools in accordance with regulations on student records when transferring schools. The document also requires all relevant people to strictly comply with regulations on Covid-19 prevention and control.
