Beef jerky is a specialty of Binh Dinh. This is a traditional dish, with a separate processing method, but not everyone likes this dish when trying it for the first time.
Beef cattle originally belonged to the Ba Na people in An Khe district (Gia Lai province) and Vinh Thanh district (Binh Dinh province). Over time, due to cultural and culinary exchanges, this dish is increasingly popular, accepted by the Kinh people and has become an attractive regional specialty of Tay Son district, Binh Dinh until now. Currently, beef jerky is an indispensable dish on the occasion of Dong Da festival and the annual Tet holiday of the people here.
However, beef jerky is not an easy dish to eat at all. To process beef, when slaughtering, people will choose the freshest and most delicious small intestine.
