The age of 30 is an important milestone for a woman. On the positive side, women have reached a certain maturity in life and career. On the other side, a woman’s 30-year-old body has begun to show signs of relatively clear aging. This is the time when you start to feel bloated, water retention. The metabolism in the body slows down, making weight loss so much more difficult than in your 20s.
At the age of 30, if you are determined to regain your youthful shape, do not ignore the following 4 rules:
1. Lose weight at age 30: Drink enough water
Drinking enough water is something that everyone knows is necessary and good, but not everyone does it. When the body has enough water, you will no longer feel false hunger, the body will not wither because of lack of water.
A person needs to drink 1.5 to 2.0 liters of water per day. If you are a forgetful person, you can set an alarm clock to remind yourself to drink enough water.
2. Lose weight at the age of 30: Don’t give up starch
A lot of people still think that carbs are the enemy of weight. This is a completely wrong notion. If you lack starch, you will quickly feel that you are no longer alert and work less efficiently. The advice for you is to replace white starches with complex starches such as brown rice, sweet potatoes. This way, you can both keep your weight and not make your body fall into a state of fatigue.
3. Lose weight at the age of 30: Try to get enough sleep from 8-9 hours/day
Even though you know that life is getting busier, you should still try to get enough sleep from 8-9 hours/day. You should sleep before 11 o’clock every day so that the body has a reasonable biological clock. When you get enough sleep, you will no longer feel sluggish and work harder.
4. Weight loss in your 30s: Focus on training your butt and abs
At the age of 30, the buttocks and abdomen will begin to sag. So, when doing sports, you should focus on these two parts. Exercises like squat, plank, crunch will be the exercises you should do in rows to get in shape.
